Closing!

Closing is officially scheduled for 2:00 p.m. next Friday, August 12! 

Immediately after receiving the news, I called to set up our Homeowner's insurance policy. All the necessary paperwork is being sent to our lender this afternoon, so now we are just waiting to hear how much of the premium our lender requires us to bring to closing. (Fingers crossed they do not want it all right now.)

I am so excited! In just one week, Hubs and I will officially be homeowners!
