Tracking Down a Truck-Driver

We just got a call from our realtor. The bank has decided to go with the offer we made on Friday! Nothing is in writing yet - the bank has to track down the current home-owner, who happens to be a truck-driver, to get his signature on some papers before they can officially accept our offer. Until then, the bank will mark the house as "Pending Contract." 

So now that we "have" a house, it is time to share the details:

Our first home is a 4 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath 2,012 sq. ft. two-story house with a two-car garage. It is in pristine condition - just needs a fridge and we can move right in.

Oh, and more awesome news: the bank has agreed to pay 3% towards our closing costs, which means we already have all the money we will need to get the keys.
